The ESL4V-81 combines a compact design with powerful performance. Its compact form factor allows it to be easily integrated into space-constrained cabinets or equipment, while multiple optional actuator shapes (rollers, pistons, levers, etc.) can precisely meet any mechanical triggering requirement.
Its fully open terminal block structure enables on-site wiring, maintenance, and servicing to be completed in one step without additional tools. Thanks to its excellent electrical design, the ESL4V-81 can withstand surge currents of up to 24 A, effortlessly handling the instantaneous impacts of inductive loads such as motors and solenoid valves.
The entire unit is IP65-certified for dust and splash resistance, ensuring stable operation in humid and dusty industrial environments. It is the ideal limit switch and position detection partner for high-density automation systems.
Tool-free quick release: Terminal blocks are exposed and visible, and wires can be loosened by lifting screws or spring clips, eliminating the need for specialized wire crimping pliers or blind operation in confined spaces, thereby reducing downtime.
Clear wire identification: Cable numbers, polarity, and tightening status are directly visible, enabling instant identification of loose, oxidized, or burned-out points during on-site troubleshooting.
On-site wire replacement: Terminals are separated from the housing. In case of a fault, simply disconnect the wire and replace it with a new one without disassembling the entire switch, reducing spare part costs.
Flexible secondary wiring: When adding signals or rerouting wires, simply parallel or jumper wires directly on the open terminals, avoiding the need to re-drill holes or expand slots.
